We deliver everywhere within Southern California.
Do you only serve the entertainment industry?
No. Our services are available for anyone in need of a messenger company.
What kind of delivery services do you provide?
We deliver 24 hours, 7 days a week. Delivery options range from 1 hour to next day delivery.
Do I have to open an account to use your services?
Yes, an account is required..
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed bi-weekly.
Are your drivers bonded?
Yes.
Will I be charged for canceling an order?
No. However we do charge for a “No Pick-Up” when the order is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched.
Can I pay for my order the time of delivery or pick up?
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments.
Can you deliver on nights and weekends?
Yes. We are open 24 hours every day.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes.
Do you accept all major credit cards?
Yes! We accept American Express, Discovery, MasterCard and VISA.
Can I be notified when my package is delivered?
Yes. We do have an option to email the signature as soon as the package has been delivered.
